I specialize in working with companies that are startup (in business) to emerging companies with up to 100 employees and annual revenues from start-up to $100 million.  As a way of my background, I was the founder and operator of one of the nations largest pet store chains from 1973 to 1996.  My company operated under the trade names PETMART / PETSMART.  During this tenure, my company successfully expanded into franchising and wholesale distribution while we developed and manufacturing private label products.

I personally coach business owners and senior management and their staff, with strategic planning, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) build organizational teams, refine and execute business plans, short and long term goals, exit strategies, strategic partners, assist with outside investors, employee evaluation along with providing a full range of Internet services such as consulting with web design, hosting, (SEO) search engine optimization and blog marketing. I started one of the first web design and hosting companies in 1999 providing a “Total Website Solution” with the bottom-line as the goal.   Since I’ve been there I understand the position that a small business owner is placed in everyday...
